Everything was brand-new as expected. The staff was wonderfully friendly without being intrusive.

The location was excellent because it was adjacent to shopping and fast food restaurants as well as Subway, McD's, Domino's, local coffee shops, CVS, Hen House. It was not too far away from Hawaiian Bros, serving fast food.

The location was amazing and the staff was cheerful and awesome during the whole stay! I could explore Magical Midway Adventure Park as it was within walking distance of this place.

At the hotel, I encountered a leaky air conditioner that made the carpet squishy. Despite a maintenance visit, the issue persisted, impacting my comfort during the stay. However, the room was spacious and clean. Overall, I would consider staying at this hotel again if the maintenance concerns were addressed.
